The Vancouver Motorcyle Show revs into town this Thursday, January 20 and runs until Sunday, January 23 at the Tradex Exhibition Centre in Abbotsford. With nearly 200 exhibitors at this year’s show, you’re going to want to invest at least a day to make your way around!
Be sure to check out the exhibits showcasing new motorcyles, ATVs and scooters. Expect to see big names like Harley-Davidson, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, BMW, Ducati and Honda. Factory reps will be on hand to answer your eager questions and hand out information on all the latest products.
Daily shows and exhibits include the 5th Gear Stunt Team who will be demonstrating superior skills with highly technical tricks, Urban-X Supermoto Mix which mixes knee-dragging road race and high-flying motocross styles into one bar-bashing motor sport, Custom Alley featuring some of Canada’s most impressive custom and production bikes and a Yamaha Riding Academy for Kids where the little ones can learn to ride for free.
As well as the daily exhibitions and shows, each night during the show has a themed event. Thursday night is ‘Vintage Rider Night’ featuring vintage bikes, Friday night is ‘Retro Night: Rock & Roll & Race’ with live music by the Vicious Cycles and Saturday night is ‘She Rides Night’ which is an industry celebration of women who ride or who are considering taking up the sport.
You also have the chance to win some great prizes including a Harley-Davidson road trip, riding courses, gift certificates and your own Yamaha bike!
Adult tickets are $13, children 5-16 are $8 and children under 5 are free. There are also family, day and group passes available. For more information, please visit the Vancouver Motorcycle Show website by clicking here.
