December 9th– 24th, 2011 Join The Vancouver Trolley Company and sing your favourite holiday carols while visiting two of Vancouver’s most spectacular light displays. Festively decorated Trolleys equipped with karaoke machines for your seasonal singing enjoyment will depart from the Vancouver Christmas Market on Hamilton Street (Queen Elizabeth Theatre) at 6:30PM.
Upon pickup, guests will sing their way past the city lights of downtown before arriving at Bright Nights at Stanley Park. After being given some time to walk through the light display and take in Stanley Park’s holiday magic, the tour will continue through local light displays on the way to the second stop of the evening, at VanDusen’s Botanical Garden. Here guests will disembark once again to enjoy the Festival of Lights. The tour will start and end at the Vancouver Christmas Market, and also include 1 day admission to the market.
Bright Nights at Stanley Park is one of the major fundraisers for The BC Professional Fire Fighter’s Burn Fund. All donations collected at this event are donated to help burn survivors and their families. A donation to the Burn Fund is included in each ticket on the Karaoke Christmas Lights Trolley tour. Tickets for the Karaoke Christmas Lights Tour are available online at www.vancouvertrolley.com. Each ticket includes admission to VanDusen Botanical Garden, Vancouver Christmas Market (1 day), and donation to the BC Professional Fire Fighter’s Burn Fund.
