The 20th annual Vancouver Wellness Show is back at the Vancouver Convention Centre this weekend, with three days of exhibits, workshops, demos, and products designed to help you “find balance in life,” with a focus on nutrition, wellness, health, exercise, emotional well-being, and personal growth.

The 300+ exhibitors include Integrative Health Services, Choices Market, Genuine Health, Health Products for Pets, and the now-famous Holy Crap cereal from the Sunshine Coast. The big names on stage include top chefs Hidekazu Tojo (of Tojo’s Restaurant) and Ned Bell (formerly of Lumiere), Lorne Cardinal of Corner Gas, Michael D’Alton, and CTV’s Dr. Rhonda Low. For exercise, demos include dancing, Sufi whirling, “speedminton” (a fast version of badminton), pole walking, yoga, and Pilates.

Tickets to the Vancouver Wellness Show are $16 per day for adults (not including seminars and certain workshops/demos); for information on senior and kid discounts, see the official ticket site.  A $2 discount coupon is also available at Choices Market locations throughout Metro Vancouver.

The Vancouver Wellness Show runs from February 17 – 19, 2012.
