Tickets purchased are good for all day return so you’ll never miss out on anything. Come and see the view by day, night and at sunset! Their friendly staff is always there to provide free, multilingual tours and regale you with fun facts and helpful information about this great city. See as far as the distant Mt. Baker or as near as the tennis court on top of Holt Renfrew two blocks away!

While they may not be the tallest observation deck in the world, they’re certainly not short on a view!

Opened in 1977 by Neil Armstrong, first man on the moon, the Lookout has provided a spectacular view of Vancouver for visitors and locals for 35 years.

But The Lookout is more than just an observation deck; it is your best first stop in the city! Around the deck are many plaques with information with all there is to see and do in Vancouver. In addition, their knowledgeable staff is always available to answer any questions you may have about the city. The Lookout is the perfect place to plan your time in Vancouver. See the 360° view while mapping out where else you should go. Their guides also provide concierge services in helping you book tours and give advice about the best things to see and do here in Vancouver; visit their blog  for more information. Free guided, multilingual tours are also available upon request. And you can press a penny to keep as a souvenir of your time up there!

They also have programs regarding Career Studies in Vancouver, where students can hear speakers and see all the different employment opportunities available to them in Vancouver. Out Public Speaking program takes students through what it takes to give an excellent tour and how to excel at speaking to large groups. The Bird’s Eye View program is perfect for Geography or social studies students as it takes a look at Vancouver’s environment and landscape as well as the patterns of human settlement in Vancouver. And lastly the Inside the Lookout program takes students through the ins and outs of running a tourist attraction. For more information on the educational programs available at The Lookout, please visit their website.
