Concord’s New Year’s Eve Vancouver
This FREE downtown Vancouver waterfront celebration is jam-packed with fun, family-friendly festivities! Kicking off at 6:30pm, Concord’s celebration features a live concert series featuring 6 hours of family-friendly performances, 20 food trucks to satisfy your tastebuds, and exhibits and entertainment to keep your family warm and engaged as you wait for the final countdown.
Family-friendly highlights: Family Fireworks for little ones who just won’t make it until midnight, featuring a 9pm countdown to the New Year, followed by a short burst of fireworks. The RE/MAX Family Zone is also the perfect spot to celebrate with little ones, featuring an indoor area with kid-focused entertainment such as face painting, arcade games, and food options your little ones will love.

Mount Seymour Family First Night
Catch a free shuttle to the top of North Vancouver’s favourite family ski hill, where you and your family can enjoy an endless list of fun activities leading up to the final countdown. Enjoy snow tubing and tobogganing, live concerts, a magic show, and roaming live performances the whole family can enjoy.
Family-friendly highlights: Warm up with complimentary s’mores, participate in an early New Year’s Eve countdown, enjoy a 9pm fireworks show, and snag your special party favour before heading back down the hill.

Grouse Mountain Family New Year’s Eve Celebration
Starting at 5pm, families can take a skate on the frozen mountaintop pond, go sledding down the Sliding Zone, and stroll through the Light Walk . Family-friendly festivities will be hosted in the chalet, and hot chocolate and s’mores will satisfy your sweet tooth and warm your bellies as you take in the sights and sounds. Live performances will entertain you as you anticipate a 9pm countdown to the New Year, wrapping up with a fireworks finale.
Family-friendly highlights: Kids will love the fire dancers, magician, and Winter Wonderland characters. Capture the magic of the evening at the on-site photo booth, and enjoy an early fireworks display above the ice skating pond.
