If you’re reading this, you either know what hygge is, or you’re possibly wondering what it is, and how on Earth to say it. So here you go: hygge is the Danish concept of living well and being cozy, and it’s pronounced ‘hue-guh’. Every Tuesday night during the summer, free outdoor movies are screened in the picturesque setting of Stanley Park. Thousands of people flock to Ceperly Meadows (near second beach pool) to gather together, munch on some popcorn, and enjoy the experience of watching a classic movie under the stars on a four-story high inflatable screen.
The schedule for the 2018 outdoor movies in Stanley Park has just been released, and it’s full of family-friendly flicks, classic comedies, and more… Check out what’s in store for the 2018 summer season every Tuesday night from July 3rd – August 21st in the list below:

Free Outdoor Movies in Stanley Park Releases Official Schedule for 2018
Il Centro Italian Cultural Centre, with the help of Civic Theatres of Vancouver, will be organizing and running a free public event at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre Plaza. A screening of Paolo Zucca’s 2013 film L’arbitro will be held in the theatre’s outdoor plaza and will be free to the public to attend. Although the movie starts at sunset, the evening begins at 7:00 p.m. with live musical entertainment. There will be food trucks present and the bar, concession, and outdoor patio of the Queen Elizabeth theatre will be open throughout the evening.
