Filming in Vancouver: The Good Doctor, Arrow, The Flash, Riverdale, and more

Several superhero TV series filmed in Vancouver, including The Flash and Arrow, have been renewed for another season.

Good news, TV viewers: many of your favourite TV series have been renewed for another season. Which also means that many of your favourite TV stars will be returning to Vancouver for filming. Double win!

Okay, so now the bad news.

While nothing has been confirmed yet, there are a handful of series whose future is yet undetermined.

We’ll take a look at all of those, as well as a Chinese feature film visiting here for a week, and a TV series about one of the biggest medical disasters in Canadian history.

Filming in Vancouver: Riverdale spinoff Sabrina the Teenage Witch, UFO series Blue Book, Life Sentence

Kiernan Shipka has been cast as Sabrina the Teenage Witch in a Riverdale spinoff.

Hollywood North fluttered back to life last week, with numerous TV productions getting back on set after holiday hiatuses.

A few more are back to work this week, and a new TV series is wrapping up its inaugural season already.
