Science World is one of Vancouver’s most popular family destinations. Kids of all ages (up to 102!) can experience all sorts of educational and fun activities, such as playing arcade-style games to learn about human life sciences, viewing a live performance at the Peter Brown Family Centre Stage, and hanging out with some wild and crazy reptiles in the Extreme Dinosaur Gallery.

Summer Camps for Kids at Top Vancouver Landmarks

Summer AquaCamps at the Vancouver Aquarium

With summer in full-swing, many families are looking for exciting, fun and educational opportunities for the kids. Luckily, three of Vancouver’s biggest landmarks have great, week-long day camps for kids: the Vancouver Aquarium’s AquaCamps, Science World’s Summer Science Camps, and the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre’s Summer Cosmo Camps.

The Vancouver Aquarium’s AquaCamps teach kids about local and exotic animals, life cycles, food webs, adaptations, ecosystems and sustainability, and include hands-on activities, animal observations, crafts, and time to run around outside.

Science World After Dark (Adults Only)

Science World at TELUS World of Science is hosting their After Dark (Adults Only) evening this Friday, July 16th.

If you just can’t find the time during the week to go play at Science World (what with work, friends, the kids, the gym, phew!), then head on down this Friday for some ‘grown-ups only’ fun!
