It’s hard to believe it’s been less than a year since Vancouver’s street food scene exploded (due a new-in-2010 initiative); today, there are over 20 Vancouver street food vendors serving everything from Pan-Asian and Dim Sum to pulled pork sandwiches, pizza and fresh croissants at locations throughout the downtown core.
