1. TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival June 25 – July 4
Called the “best jazz festival in the world” by The Seattle Times, this year’s festival celebrates its 25th year with over 400 concerts at 40 Venues across Vancouver. Find a complete concert and ticket info here.

2. Francophone Cultural Festival June 17 – June 24
The 21st “Festival d’été francophone de Vancouver” is one of the biggest Francophone festivals in western Canada, showcasing Francophone music with concerts around town.

3. 2010 Rio Tinto Alcan Dragon Boat Festival June 18 – June 20
One of Vancouver’s biggest multicultural events, these dragon boat races attract over 100,000 attendees annually and 180+ dragon boat teams from around the world.

4. Vancouver Car-Free Festivals June 20
To celebrate a possible car-free future, street festivals stop traffic for one day on three of Vancouver’s busiest streets: West End’s Denman, Commercial Drive, and Main Street. Festivities include roving performers, live music, street hockey, and more.

5. Greek Day June 27
West Broadway transforms into another free street festival at this annual party for all things Greek, which includes tons of food, traditional Greek dancers, and a place to watch the 2010 World Cup!
