Top 5 Vancouver Easter Brunch Spots

1. Café Pacifica at the Pan Pacific Hotel
Boasting one of the best waterfront views in the city, Café Pacifica is well-known—and loved—for its lavish Easter brunch buffet. Their 2011 Easter brunch includes their famous Callebaut Chocolate Fountain, live entertainment, a huge assortment of West Coast delicacies, and a visit from the Easter Bunny. $69 per person, $59 for seniors & teens, $34.50 for children 6-12, free for children under 5.

2. Griffins at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver
Another Vancouver brunch favourite, Griffins’ Easter brunch is a diverse extravaganza, with dishes that range from Pacific halibut to Grilled Maui Ribs. Their desserts even include “house-made marshmallow ‘peeps’.” $65 per person.

3. Boathouse Restaurant
Several Boathouse restaurants—including the Boathouses on English Bay, in West Vancouver, and in Richmond—are celebrating Easter on the waterfront with $29.99 all-you-can-eat buffets that feature fresh seafood, Eggs Benedict, omelets, crepes, waffles, and more!

4. Oru at the Fairmont Pacific Rim
Named one of the Top 10 New Restaurants in Vancouver by The Vancouver Sun, Easter brunch is the perfect excuse to try out this amazing Pan-Asian bistro (if you haven’t already). Oru’s 2011 Easter brunch menu includes butter chicken and Sake Kasu glazed salmon alongside traditional items like omelets and Belgian waffles. $65 per person.

5. Raincity Grill
If buffets aren’t your thing, Raincity has a special Easter brunch menu that lets you pick your own appetizers and entrees (they do have a two-course prix fixe menu, too). Like last year, Raincity’s Easter brunch menu is available all weekend, from April 22 – 25, 2011.
