London-based Alex Hunter – who served as Virgin Group’s Global Head of Online (overseeing the Virgin brand’s global digital strategy as well as Sir Richard Branson’s personal digital strategy), and who was part of the founding team of the award-winning US Airline Virgin America – will be in Vancouver on September 11th giving a morning talk at The Playhouse Theatre.

Alex Hunter is now a world-recognized branding and customer experience expert whose clients include Twitter, Volkswagen, L’Oréal, IKEA, Cisco, Deloitte, and Procter & Gamble. Alex is also the creator and host of Attaché, an award-winning online travel show.

Alex Hunter’s keynote address, which he’s titled The Art and Science of WOW! will cover marketing, branding and customer experience with specific relevance to Vancouver’s tourism and hospitality industries.
