Oktoberfest 2019: The biggest haus party in Vancouver is back!

It’s the biggest haus party in Vancouver’s history! After a year-long hiatus, Vancouver’s high-energy ode to Oktoberfest is back!

Bigger than ever before, the 2019 Harvest Haus 19+ celebrations will take place on Oct 10 – 12, 18, 19. There are only seven seatings this year, and each one is unique with mini-experiences sprinkled throughout.

Expect the unexpected with theatrical keg tapping ceremonies, tasty German fare, dancing, and lots of delicious bier.

If beer had a holiday, this would be it. Friday, May 31, 2019, marks the kickoff of the 10th annual Vancouver Craft Beer Week (VCBW), one of the most highly anticipated events of the year!

Named the Best Beer Festival in Vancouver for five years straight, if you love beer (and especially craft beer), you have got to find your way to a VCBW event.

Vancity hosts CANcity Beer Festival this Saturday

There’s nothing quite like enjoying a crisp, refreshing beer on a hot day. Drinking outside is always enjoyable, and with patios filling up faster than a yoga class on a Saturday morning, there’s not too many places to enjoy a cold one under the sun. Until Vancouver liquor laws change and drinking becomes legal on the beach, another social place to enjoy a beer during the summer is at an outdoor festival.

This Saturday, July 30 from 2-8pm, the inaugural CANcity festival will be taking over Vancouver’s Queen Elizabeth Theatre Plaza to bring you the newest Craft Beer & Cider sampling event – with a little twist: everything is coming from a can!
