Located high atop Vancouver on Grouse Mountain, sits one of the city’s best Disc Golf courses. Playing alongside the dry, grassy ski hills, this course has challenging and fun terrain with stunning views.

Disc Golf, also known as Frolf or frisbee golf, is a sport that has participants throwing heavy frisbee-like discs at a metal basket. Similar to real golf, the goal of the game is to finish the course with the fewest number of throws of the disc (learn more about the sport here).
