A water slide and huge raft, beachside fish n’ chips, and non-stop people watching entertainment, English Bay Beach is the place to be in the summer. But, when you’re spending a day at the beach – usually you have to lug down a bunch of chairs, an umbrella, and a huge cooler with you.

There’s a new crew in Vancouver that’s working to upgrade your beach game in a big way… The Vancouver Beach Company has partnered with the Vancouver Parks Board to provide rental options for chairs/loungers and beach umbrellas for those who want to park themselves at the beach without having to deal with the extra baggage that usually comes with it.
