Whether or not you eat gluten-free yourself, you probably know somebody who does. Interest in the gluten-free lifestyle has skyrocketed in the past few years, and more products have been developed to meet demand. But which ones actually taste good? Often, you need to try them to find out.
The Vancouver Gluten Free Expo started small in Vancouver in 2012 and has grown exponentially since then. It’s now Canada’s largest gluten-free event, and attracts tens of thousands of people—largely because it offers an opportunity to sample a wide variety of GF products. This year, there will be 120 exhibitors.
After a year at the PNE Forum, the expo returns to Canada Place this weekend on January 17 and 18. Health-conscious eaters will also be interested to know that there’s another foodie show happening just down the hall.
