Vancouver Flip-Out brings new, vintage games to the Roundhouse for three days of pinball action

Brooklyn-based artist/model Antoinette Johnson is one of the guests at this year’s pinball extravaganza Vancouver Flip-Out.

An early look at a Deadpool machine, vintage wood-rail machines, and special guest pinball wizards are a few of the highlights of this year’s Vancouver Pinball Expo.

The Expo also includes a tournament. Vancouver Flip-Out is the largest pinball tournament in Canada and the only Canadian event in the Stern Pro-Circuit, a series of 20 high-level pinball tournaments.

But you don’t have to be a pinball wizard to knock yourself out at the Expo. Players of all ages and skill levels can try their reflexes on 100+ free-play games at the Flip-Out, which is being held Sept 6-9 at the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre (181 Roundhouse Mews). Food trucks and a beer garden will also be part of the weekend. Read more below.
