It’s no secret that Vancouver and its surrounding areas are home to some of the best venues for action sports in the country (or even the world); whether it’s mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, surfing, climbing, or more.
This October, the She Summits festival will be taking place in various locations around North Vancouver to celebrate the community of female-identifying athletes who exist in the sometimes male-dominated world of action sports.
Through movie screenings, workshops, panel events, and a group joyride, the She Summits festival focuses on the contributions to important social and environmental conversations.
