Vancouver in spring is a special place. There’s still lots of snow in the mountains, but down at sea level, it’s often t-shirt weather. Plan an epic #VeryVancouver spring day by hitting the mountains in the morning and the beach in the afternoon.

In the last few years, stand-up paddleboarding (also known as “SUP”) has become really popular. Since you stand up on the board, you get a full-body workout AND you get a much better view of your surroundings than if you were sitting in a kayak or canoe.
