World’s Leading Cannabis Chef To Host Cannabis-Infused Dining Experience in Vancouver

The world’s most famous cannabis chef, Christopher Sayegh (also known as The Herbal Chef), is set to takeover Vancouver in a two-night pop-up on April 6 and 7, 2018. Hosted by the entertaining Chef Sayegh himself, this immersive fine-dining experience will feature an innovative eight-course THC and CBD-infused menu with the best ingredients Vancouver’s land and sea has to offer, fine B.C. wine pairings, and curated live music.

Michelin-trained, Chef Sayegh combines his love of biology, chemistry, and food through his cooking. As an active ambassador for the cannabis industry Chef Sayegh tackles the social stigma surrounding marijuana through educating the public about the origin of our food and the health benefits of cannabis—from enhancing sensations to increasing appetite. In his Vancouver pop-up and at his first restaurant Herb, opening in Los Angeles later this year, Chef Sayegh aims to accentuate the flavours of quality ingredients with cannabis without overwhelming diners.

Inspired by Canada’s highly anticipated legalization of marijuana in July 2018, Chef Sayegh’s unique take on fine-dining is set to become one of the most popular dining experiences of the year. The events’ location will remain a secret until closer to the event and will serve 60 guests each night at $200 a ticket.
