This weekend is the greenest celebration this side of the emerald isle when Vancouver raises its glass in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday, March 17, 2019.

Like last year, there won’t be a St. Patrick’s Day parade in Vancouver, but there are still lots of Celtic-themed events going on throughout the weekend.

We already highlighted some of the family-friendly activities, now it’s time for the 19+ crowd! Whether you’re looking for a pint of green lager or a perfectly poured glass of Guinness, check out some of the highlights listed below:

  1. Is St Patrick’s Day a British national holiday indeed? I’ve never been to an Irish pub. And I have no clue how it looks like. I guess it could be a great chance for me to learn more about the holiday.
