The Vancouver Christmas Market is back for another year of festive cheer November 20th to December 24th at Jack Poole Plaza. Get into the holiday spirit at a unique event that combines Old and New World holiday traditions!

According to centuries-old tradition, many German towns host Christkindlmarkts in December; each one is unique, featuring local artisans and festive regional refreshments. Residents take the opportunity to enjoy each other’s company, sample local delicacies, shop for gifts, and share holiday cheer.

Each year, the Vancouver Christmas Market brings this festive Old World tradition to Vancouver. This cherished holiday event offers an authentic German feast for the senses. Stroll the twinkling pathways of a European-inspired Christmas village in the crisp winter air. Discover unique treasures to stuff into stockings or tuck under the Christmas tree at one of the more than 80 artisan huts offering handcrafted gifts for everyone on your list.

Take advantage of our $10 Tuesdays (November 26, December 3, December 10, December 17) and save on your entry pass at the gate all day long. Come down to the market to start your week off merry and bright! This offer is available at the gate only.

Come and ride the glittering jewel that is Downtown Vancouver’s only Christmas Carousel! For the young and the young at heart, the Christmas Carousel is a special treat for the festive season. (Please note that children must be a minimum of two years old and 36 inches tall to ride the Carousel.) Carousel rides are $3 each or $10 for an unlimited day-pass.

With the Holly & Jolly Combo, you can fly like Santa and his elves on a magical flight across Canada and on to the North Pole, and then sample the authentic German sweets, treats, and treasures on offer at the Vancouver Christmas Market.

The towering walk-in Christmas tree is back and brighter than ever! Decked out with more than 36,000 twinkling lights and adorned with new glowing gifts, experience this one-of-a-kind festive fairyland. It is sure to kindle your holiday spirit and create treasured memories for you and your loved ones.

Get into the Christmas spirit with toe-tapping holiday entertainment! Performing from the Flying Stage on the second storey of the Christmas Pyramid, our performers will have you singing along and reminiscing about Christmases long, long ago.
