Botanist Bar
Baltra, the acclaimed Darwin-inspired cocktail bar, joins forces with Botanist Bar on November 2 for an undead-themed evening in honour of the traditional Mexican holiday honouring the dearly departed. Botanist, also recognized by the World’s Best Academy, ranking #19 on the 2023 North America’s 50 Best Bars, is collaborating with Baltra’s seasoned bar team to curate an exciting array of libations inspired by the spirit of the cherished holiday.
Led behind the bar by Pac Rim’s Creative Beverage Director Grant Sceney, Botanist Bar shares complementary philosophies around carefully crafted cocktails inspired by science and nature with their Mexico City counterpart.

Lobby Lounge
Baltra’s team will make another appearance in The Lobby Lounge & RawBar to cap off the Day of the Dead festivities on November 3. Things continue on for a second exclusive evening of imbibing, featuring another special cocktail menu curated by both bars, paired with some lively music and entertainment.
