Guest Chef Market Dinners return: BC chefs take over Granville Island’s Edible Canada

Each year Edible Canada Bistro hosts local celebrity chefs in their demonstration kitchen during their Guest Chef Market Dinners. In the past local uber-chefs like Vikram Vij and Thomas Haas took over Edible Canada’s kitchens.

This year’s Guest Chef Market Dinner program includes some new faces: the Okanagan’s Joy Road Catering, Brad Cumming from the Westin Resort & Spa Whistler and Brian Skinner of The Acorn.

For a lucky two dozen guests, the guest chef will prepare a multi-course meal, doling out culinary tips as they cook. The meal is then paired with a selection of wine, beer or spirits hand-picked by Edible Canada’s bartender or sommelier. Continue reading:
