Vancouver’s Negroni Week in Full Swing

From now until June 30, 2019, establishments around the city will be pouring negroni to raise money for charitable causes.

Negroni Week, presented by Campari and Imbibe Magazine, began in 2013 and has since grown to become a worldwide phenomenon encompassing 10,000 venues. Here in Vancouver roughly 85 bars and restaurants are participating, each featuring their own unique take on the classic cocktail (Campari, gin, and vermouth) and supporting a charity of their choice.

Vancouver Bartenders Get Creative During Negroni Week

With spring/summer cocktail sipping well underway, now is the perfect time to laud (and drink) the classic Negroni. The Italian cocktail, traditionally composed of equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari, has a simplicity and refreshing quality that’s hard to beat.

From June 4-10, 2018, Vancouver bartenders across the city will be taking part in Negroni Week. They’re inviting the public to try their delicious and innovative creations, with partial proceeds going to the charity of their choice.

Negronis All Around! Next Week, Give Back By Drinking Up

Ah, Negroni Week – a blissful seven days when your cocktail addiction benefits humanity. Starting June 6 and running ‘til the 12th, proceeds from Negronis sold at more than 30 bars and restaurants around Vancouver will go towards charities selected by each venue.
