Vancouver’s new pop-up restaurant 100 days is on the scene in Vancouver for yep, you guessed it, 100 days only! John deC. Evans, President & CEO of OPUS Hotels, was inspired by many pop-up concepts in London and New York City, and decided  to use the opportunity of a transition period between the old Elixir and their new restaurant to do something completely unexpected and unique.
