Known for their sweet and subtle flavour profile, spot prawns are a wild and sustainable seafood item. If you’re looking to identify them visually, look for white spots on their tails and horizontal bars on their carapaces.
The kick event is the Spot Prawn Festival that will be happening May 12, 2018 at Fishermen’s Wharf (1505 West 1st Avenue).
