Caribbean-Style Carnival Comes to North Vancouver, July 28-29

Ready to spice up your summer?

The 25th annual Caribbean Days Festival is coming to North Vancouver’s Waterfront Park July 28-July 29.  The largest Caribbean event in the Lower Mainland, the festival draws tens of thousands of people during a weekend of tropical rhythms, cuisine and culture.

Things kick off at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 28, with the Multicultural Street Parade, a carnival-style celebration with costumed revelers dancing down the streets of North Vancouver.  The 1.5-hour parade marches down Lonsdale Avenue, turning west on Esplanade on its way to Waterfront Park (adjacent Lonsdale Quay).

Then the fun really starts.
