The Lower Mainland’s latest festival is ready to open on September 29, 2018 with the launch of Glow, billed as the largest indoor fall festival in Metro Vancouver.

The festival is an expansion of the popular Christmas festival with the same name located in Langley. Launching earlier in the season, this fall festival will feature playgrounds, interactive light displays, a massive autumn market (is it too early to start shopping for Christmas presents??), food trucks, and beverage options.

The organizers of the Glow Fall Festival are very familiar with the tumultuous weather of the season. With that in mind, this delightful event will be entirely indoors. So the only rain jacket or umbrella you’ll have to deal with will be getting to and from your car.

As the festival organizers promise, “This muck-free event is an absolute must, that will keep your toes toasty.”

Other unique surprises that are in store for attendees include:

  • an indoor pumpkin patch
  • a ‘busy bee’ corn maze
  • LED hopscotch (check out a preview)
  • 30 LED swings suspended from the ceiling that change colour when you tap them
  • Mini putt
  • and much, much more!

Harvest Glow is an event for kids of ALL ages and there’s plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained. And while the kids play, you can entertain yourself with the three licensed bars on site serving up seasonal beverages, including local micro-brews and wines. With comfy seating areas, you can kick back and enjoy some live music.

If you’re always looking for your next best selfie, the festival will feature plenty of opportunities for Instagrammable moments. From hanging lights, to a pumpkin carriage and a costume corner, there’s no shortage of entertainment.

The Harvest Glow festival is located in Langley, a short drive away from Vancouver on Highway 1. The event takes place just 5 minutes from the 232 Street Highway 1 exit and 10 minutes from the 200 Street Highway 1 exit. Best of all, parking is free.

Tickets are $11.99 for adults, $8.99 for kids 4-12 and seniors, and a family package is available for $39.99. Kids 3 and under are free.
