A few years ago, it seemed like all music festivals in Vancouver had come to a sad end. Squamish Music Festival was cancelled, Pemberton Festival went the same way. Then, SKOOKUM Music Festival was announced and took over Stanley Park in an amazing spectacle of big name music acts, artists, food, and more.

For 2019, SKOOKUM has announced that they are on hiatus: “Following a successful launch, work is already underway to bring SKOOKUM back as an annual festival starting in 2020.

So, what’s a music festival lover supposed to do for 2019? Luckily, a new festival has just been announced for July 2019 in Squamish. Introducing: the Constellation Festival.

The Squamish Constellation Festival is promising an event that will shine the light on excellent music from BC, Canada, and beyond with curated music; art installations; local craft beverages; and culinary experiences.

The official website promises that the Squamish Constellation Festival will have:

– A VIP area and packages
