Grouse Mountain’s annual 24 Hours of Winter Event has been a Vancouver favourite since it began in 2010. The resort keeps the gondola and ski lifts running overnight, plus adds in tons of fun activities. In 2020, 24 Hours of Winter happens on February 22nd and 23rd. Here are a few ways to celebrate winter during the event.

Around-the-Clock Activities Return to Grouse Mountain for 24 Hours of Winter

Ever wanted to ski down a mountain with the sunrise? This Saturday, March 23rd through Sunday, March 24th, you can see the sunset and the sunrise during Grouse Mountain’s annual 24 Hours of Winter event.

The event runs through Spring Break in Vancouver, so if you have some kids with lots of energy to burn, this is the perfect activity! During the event, the mountain will remain open for 24 consecutive hours of winter activities on the slopes at the Peak of Vancouver.

Contest Alert! 24 Hours of Winter at Grouse Mountain

The fun does not stop for 24 hours at Grouse Mountain from February 17, 2018 – February 18, 2018 during the annual 24 consecutive hours of winter fun at the Peak of Vancouver!

Started during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, Grouse Mountain will remain open for skiing, snowboarding, and other events from sundown to sunrise. The event will kick off on Saturday at 8:00am and will run until 10:00pm on Sunday with a variety of round-the-clock activities including all-night skiing, snowboarding and ice skating; ziplining; live DJs; a hockey tournament; dining and much more.

Ski from Sunrise to Sundown at 24 Hours of Winter on Grouse Mountain

If you’ve always wanted to ski or snowboarding at three in the morning, now’s your chance during this weekend’s 24 Hours of Winter event at Grouse Mountain. Starting at 8:30am on February 6, 2016 the resort will be remaining open until 10pm the next day!

That’s a whole 24 hours of snowboarding that you can cram into your Family Day weekend! The celebration is held as a sort of “remembrance” of the 2010 Winter Olympics games held in Vancouver. And what better way to remember those awesome times than with a full day, night, and another day filled with snowy, winter activities!
