Throughout the summer, šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square (formerly known as Vancouver Art Gallery’s north plaza) will be hosting outdoor movie nights every Wednesday night. Organized by the Downtown Vancouver Business Association, Summer Movie Nights on the Square, will bring a mix of film classics and family favourites to a giant, four-story, inflatable movie screen. Get ready to grab your lawn chairs and blankets and read on for the movie lineup.
The theme of this year’s movie lineup is focused on “cities” – so while you’re comfortably enjoying Vancouver’s beautiful downtown core, you’ll also be transported to another city while watching movies that feature New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and more.

AUGUST 22 – Los Angeles – La La Land
AUGUST 29 – New York – Avengers: Infinity War
