#VirtuallyVancouver – No Gym? No Sweat. Work Out at Home with These Vancouver Fitness Studios

Vancouver is known for being one of the healthiest cities in the world, however, in a time of social isolation and self-quarantine, it’s proving difficult to find the motivation to stay active. Thanks to some of Vancouver’s most beloved fitness studios, working out at home has never been easier.

Local businesses are cranking out some heart-pumping virtual content to help you stay fit, healthy, happy, and at home during this isolation period.

Salted Cycle

Salted Cycle is a local spin studio and independent business located in North Vancouver, unifying riders through music, rhythm, and spirit. In the name of social distancing, the studio had to temporarily shut its doors. With that said, nothing is stopping them from bringing the bikes to you. Salted announced on their Instagram the newly introduced Salted Ride Adoption Program which includes a 30-day bike rental, delivery and pickup, setup, shoes, access to Salted curated playlists, and bicycle care tips. For now, the program is limited to North Shore residents and has accumulated a waitlist. For more information or to reserve your ride, e-mail info@saltedcycle.com and check them out on Instagram.
